The painting on the left was done by another artist.
I was hired to create a pianting that matched
in color, texture, and overall mood so they could
be hung as a pair. |

This was done for a woman to honor her deceased
father and her daughter he never met.
They both served in the same branch of the military.
The gentleman is placed slighty behind the young lady
and painted in a slightly different, more transparent
style to suggest him "watching over" her from the afterlife.

25th Anniversary! -->>>
This portrait was commissioned by the daughter for her
parent's Anniversary. The reference photo showed the
couple in this pose but in casual clothes. There wasn't
a tradional wedding 25 years ago to refer to so the attire was
dreamed up by me with suggestions from the client.
